2001, TIC Properties, LLC (TICP) was established to provide
investors access to institutional quality real estate for IRS §1031 tax
deferred exchanges.
Today, in
addition to the Tenant in Common offerings, TICP provides sophisticated real
estate investment products including multi-member Limited Liability Companies (LLC),
private non-traded Real Estate Investment Trusts (REIT), Limited Partnerships (LP)
on single assets, Investment Funds (both opportunity and development), and customized
High Net Worth Investor (HNWI) programs.

specializes in locating and underwriting institutional-grade commercial real estate
assets nationwide with a focus on preservation of capital, current income, and capital
appreciation. Depending on an investor’s appetite for risk, the product portfolio
offers many choices, including stabilized assets and value-added opportunities.
